This video also reminded me of an exchange between Baker and a book reviewer. The reviewer was commenting on one of his books, saying it was as insignificant as a fingernail clipping. Baker replied by writing a short treatise on how interesting fingernail clippings could be.Genius.

Hey, on your comment I went out and checked out Baker's book The Mezzanine. If I had read that book before making this video, it would have definitely been inspired by it. I love how its based on such trivial stuff, and yet its oddly gripping. Thanks for pointing it out! The video was made for a challenge on the website beingcreative.wordpress
