Apologies for my exageration but having loved this aria, sung by Callas, te Kanawa, Bertoli etc, for so long I find this hard to take.

In the middle of the 90's i've listened that song for 1st time. Since them i can't stop listening.He lifts up classical music to a new dimension.What a great aria. An incredible voice. Awesome !!!

The singer in the French movie "Diva" is Wilamina Wiggins Fernandez <-[spelling not sure] But... this is Not her...she sings it MUCH better...[ I think anyway] I think this could be Maria Callus????
