My favorite bodybuilder was a guy most people probably don't remember these days cause he never won the Mr. Olympia, but came in 2nd 3 or 4 times to Lee Haney ... Richard GaspariProbably the most shredded and veined body builder of them all. Freaky looking and one of the youngest and most successful of the 80'sbodybuilders.

Probably the best boxer of all time is 190 pound "Rocky" Marciano from the 50's in terms of punching power. Apparently he was able to generate over 1000 pounds of force with each hand. So given that he weighs about 200 or so... thats like 5 G's of force he can generate with his body and ending at his fists.When he connected, Jersey Joe went down and lost championship.These 2 bodybuilders?

It's not always about how "big", but about how proportional it looks.... thats why arnold wins in my book..u like raw strength, then go with ronnie...
