Yes, they should. But that doesn't give people the right to throw all accountability out the window. Yes, parents should watch, but if you need to swear while watching a kid's cartoon on youtube, perhaps it's time to grow up a little bit. Parent's have to deal with enough on the other illicit things on the net. They should be able to feel safe about somethings. Yes, parents need to watch, but people still need to be self-responsible, or at least use common sense.

Kids should be supervised when on the computer - any kid old enough to be on it alone unsupervised is not only old enough to have heard these words, they probably use them, at least out of earshot of mom and dad!

Because kids will be exposed to idiots and people unintelligent enough that they can't make a point without cursing and lame language all their lives. It would be nice to keep some things innocent enough for them, and keep some things clean where parents and kids alike can just enjoy what's meant to be a KIDS' show, rather than reading the curses of the ignorant.
