I actually saw a clip of this on a demo blue-ray disc that was playing at Best Buy when I was shopping for a plasma TV. Pizzarelli is best-know here in Boston for his "Wonder of it All" jingle for Foxwoods Casino, and he's terrific. Jane M. is wonderful. Very surprised by the critical commests directed to her on this board. Wonderful voice, beautiful woman. I really enjoyed this and plan to pick up the Blue-ray version of this (from a PBS series called "Legends of Jazz").

John Pizzarelli is a great guitar player...The way he does that pitch scat while he's playing his scales is amazing too.

she had fun with it but for me the woman lacked emotional authenticity, i thought john was great in his singing and guitar.
