In this reality, wouldn't that mean that John wouldn't exist??? If there's no war, Reese wouldn't be sent through time to fuck Sarah, and then that would tear a whole in the space time continuum?I wonder if Reese would still tap that when she's 70?

I'm not sayin' that this is better than the theatrical ending but, maybe this should've been it so some idiot did not attempt to make such lame ass Terminator 3.

It's supposed to be bad. It's not an "alternate" ending so much as an abandoned ending. Cameron changed it because HE thought it was bad.

This was the original ending written into the script. Cameron looked at it and decided it was lame to end a dark series with such a candy-coated cherry of an ending, so he re-did the ending to the road flashing by as seen in the theatrical release.
