Not tryin to win. I will say this...these people have BELIEVED in/on the Lord Jesus Christ and have accepted Him as Saviour and Lord. We should be encouraging these new converts instead of arguing over the declaration of their faith. The most important part is not the baptism but the BELIEF(Mark 16:16)

Of cousre there is one god which is the father but he created jesus and the holy spirit (which is still apart of himself) to help him. like it says inthe beginning " the holy spirit covered the waters" and it says jesus was with the father drom the beginning.

True.. and if you pour 3 drops of water.. they are all WATER.. regardless of whether or not they come back together. We will never completely understand the image of God. The bible calls the Lord our God one. Yet it also makes distinctions of each personality. Jesus exalts his father.. and also points to the Holy Spirit, another comforter (personality) that can be grieved. Trinitarians do in fact believe in One God!!!!

bishop... You can't win against "Oneness Pentecostals". They are accult and they believe that your actions save you. This is why none of the women wear ANY make up, earrings, or cut their hair. The UPC church has experienced some upheaval though. we can't reason with them.. we just have to love them into the kingdom.

There is NO Baptism formula prescribed by scripture. The is no scripture that states what must be said. Even the scripture Jesus says to Baptise people in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy spirit doesn't mean that's what you're supposed to say. The understanding is that when the disciples say repent and be baptized in the Name of Jesus. That's a command to be baptized, by the authority of Jesus. It doesn't mean you have to say anything when you do it!

My uncle has a name.. his is bob.. My father has name.. his is Jim. Jim's son has a name. these are all people and people whom Jesus himself acknowledges. The mystery however is Jesus and the Father and the sprit are all One.. but there is also some distinction given to their personalities. in Hebrew there are other names for our God to. Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Rapha, El Shaddi, Elohim which is Plural.
