Wow, victor, talk about blaming the victims. As an STL resident, I certainly did not vote for any candidates who wanted to 'demolish big government.' Regardless of people's political leanings, it's a bit weak to bring partisanship into the mix when people are suffering. A bit like kicking a horse when it's down, eh?

And it's mostly the GOP/Right Wing Neocons who preach to the almighty dollar that loves their Walmart and sends all that money and jobs to China, which then goes to the Chinese military, which is of course communist. i will say this... a great point made on the local TV in Dallas...In regards to what happened in NO and here in Iowa and the surrounding states...where is Sean Penn, the Dixie Chicks, Spike Lee, Whoopi, and the others screaming at the lack of response of the federal government?I don't see them there now. What makes Iowa so different?It's a great point.... there is no difference.
