This ranks as one of the 'most disturbing songs' in my book. Xiu Xiu has generated a lot of bizzare, graphic/morbid songs but this one...Just the feel of it. Plus there thousands of little rhythmns going on during the song. You can't beat that intro either or when Jamie screams "BOY SOPRANOOOO".
