Before you can make a claim that stock values are currently undervalued, you first have to make a case to prove that they deserved to rise to the levels that they got to in the first place. Can you tell me what makes the Nasdaq deservant of being currently over 2000 or the DOW over 11000? Just "because it is?" That would be nonsense. It got to these levels largely via manipulation by the brokerage houses who run the BID-ASK. Using fundamental metrics, it's waaay overvalued.
