o thats easy when you lost your account you need to erase the wholse steam and then reinstal it then make a new account with a totaly diffrent name and password happed to me i had css then got banned so i bought it agian said samea thing! so then i just uninstaled it and then the rest hope it works (telll me if it dosent or does)

I miss gmod 10 so much... My acc has been stolen and steam people just ignore it... Now when i try to buy it says "You have already bought Garry's Mod on this IP"SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!
