Well, If people are going to scale the fences and ignore the signs, perhaps some razor-wire is in order? I think that form of punishment architecture is enough too prevent people from entering the restricted area.

As sad as it is, people need tor ealize you have to have common sense. I mean, who crosses two 6 foot fences with RESTRICTED signs all over them? They are there for a reason. People lack so much common sense.
