I work as a groomer at Petco! I agree with EVERYTHING in this video, except I never wear that yellow smock or rubber gloves. Just one question, though: Why do you premake the flea/tick shampoo? It goes bad if you open it, from my experience. Maybe you use a different brand? Great vid, though:)

Wow, I wish my PetSmart looked this nice. I agree, this is a great video! I love my job; I couldn't imagine not working with the dogs I love! You develop so many relationships with dogs and their owners (good and bad!), it really is a rewarding job.

I don't and won't take my dogs ever again to a place like petsmart or petco. I took my chinese crested powderpuff to a local petsmart one time, and that was it for me. They did a horrible job, and not to mention cut her face wide open and weren't going to tell me about it.

I use the groomers helper for those difficult dogs. every groomer should own one. BeatsonsGirl184 you should get one (if you dont already have one)

Do you hand strip terriers? I've got a carting knife but have never used it because I heard it takes a long time and owners aren't up for it. |
