guys, the problem with this video is that he doesn't give enough information to call it a tutorial. what he is showing is only the position you should be when you doing the windmill. even now, im still learning windmill from other videos and i think this video is not as.. how do you say? err, not enough information?

I think it's because the righties do the balancing with their right hands, which is harder since you're lifting your body weight to somewhere else, and the left hand's just there for support. I'm not really sure, I'm not a pro sorry xD.

thats ok man, everything comes in time and strength will come in time. i can do like 50 push ups but i can even do a proper windmill, but im still on my second day of practise, so just keep it up and you'll be fine! ^_^

O.k. see the prob. is that i don't have any upperarm strength, can'rt do one push up, pull up, etc. But im not fat. And i really want to do this move! |
