hey dude,ehm have u seen a doctor bout your depression?i know there is nothing they can do bout dyspohria..(and i know it sucks) but maybe you could get into therapy or a low dose of meds to help pull u outa this..i know it feels like its a bottomless pit and that ur ruinin things with ur gf but your not,its just a mental illness,a chemical imbalance that isnt your fault,ill keep u in my thoughts man.peace!

Stay positive man; I'll keep you in my thoughts - I can understand a lot of what you talk about in regards to getting out of that place in order to make your relationship better. (been trying to keep myself from going down that path the past few days.)
