The thing about less than deadly bullets is that it takes up much more enemy resources to deal with a wounded soldier (or civilian) than dealing with dead ones. So wounded bad is much better than just "deadifying" them.If troops are complaining about this, I guess there's a problem in military training. This was common knowledge when I was in the Army. It no longer is? Odd.

Great video, the prank call at the end was awesome! The problem with the military weapons being weak is this. They want a gun that many can use, to fire many shots a second, at great range. The bigger the bullet (caliber size of the gun), the greater the recoil, (kick) So they use smaller (weaker) bullets to get a gun the soldier can shoot more times. If they went with a larger bullet, they'd have a gun that could kill in just one shot, but couldn't be shot as many times.

The issue of soldiers guns not killing their enemies quickly has been an issue forever! The problem is ammunition that can cause the enemy to die quickly is available, but is not allowed to be used. Who makes these rules? I do not know, but I always laugh, they basically said you can drop a 550 pound bomb on an inhabited village, but you can not shoot someone (an enemy) with a 9mm handgun loaded with hollow point bullets! Makes sense to me!
