McCain lives above it all, has no clue about what the average American's life is like and from the look on his face, I saw no pain, only contempt that she dare bring this up. He appears totally incapable of empathy -- the peole in his audience are blinded over taxes and there's so much more to lose, taxes is the least of it. I find it difficult to even watch the man speak.
