This little segment "Tokyo Breakfast" was written and created by a kraut and a mick. It uses Japanese actors, but was not a Japanese idea. Right.

"Tokyo Breakfast is a 2000 independent live action comedy short film created by former MTV producers Mike Maguire and creative Tom Kuntz." Those who say Japanese didn't do this are right. It was written and created by two white guys. Asians acted in it, but it wasn't their idea.

It's certain blacks who thought using the word would take the force out of it and/or be a substitute word for buddy. Other blacks, especially older ones think this is crazy and don't belive racial slurs should be used. The idea of using it for buddy or to weaken it seems to have backfired as they don't like non-blacks using the word.

go watch boondockks it says alot of kids say nigga as a slang.. today maybe cause they watch too much rap and black guys use it after every sentence that it just became a slang..

actually nigga most of the days of today in america is used as a slang.. they actually say nigga after every sentence..maybe cause alot of black people say it and use it as a slang.. so others do it
