It's supposed to be soft. That's the nature of the type of eyeliner this is.

yea, i have oily lids...and it just slides right off. I have it in emerald and i can only use it as like....a creme shadow. I just dab it on and smudge the hell out of it, or i'll look like a big raccoon.

I'm not sure. I know that this pencil is VERY soft and tends to get a bit smooshy when too much pressure is applied. I don't really know what the problem could be other than it's just a factor of the type of liner. |
