This guy actually spooks me out. I followed his stuff for a few days, just over a year ago and yes, if you look deeper into what he claims, he claims that they are a race of black men coming back to reclaim their old hebrew stomping grounds. This guy is a former professional basketball player and says they came to him one day, to represent them to the public. I don't think it's true, that they represent one race, if anyone, but still it's suppose to happen around the time of 2012. We'll see.
