go guys loosen up.... the celebs in this episode are in on the joke, you can tell (maybe with the exception of 1 or two).I mean doctor fox talking about the crabs... and liniker reading pipe to pipe bushman (MORRIS U ARE A GENIUS).Don't hate the celebs they're just working people like you and me... what ahrm have they ever caused on. They're are far more worse things you can be on this earth than a celebrity...

morris is a genius and a pioneer, but most of the celebrities in this episode are in on the joke, you can tell. and they're not all hapless, stupid celebs, they're just people working and living like you and I... they've done nothing wrong to you, they dont cause people harm.Why is Gary Liniker an idiot... or doctor fox... they're decent people man loosen up a bit...

I think it must have been orchestrated. Everyone knew what Brass Eye was about by 2001.The irony is that the brain dead reaction of the News of the World proved Chris Morris right beyond all reasonable doubt.

Orchestrated, you say.. got an essay for that. Can't put links into my posts, but it's easy to find. Put "paul graham" into Google and his site should be the first hit, then locate one of his essays called 'The Submarine'. Another good one from him is 'What You Can't Say'.About that paediatrician story.. we should be mildly skeptical. Go to the BBC website and search on "Whispering game" (by Brendan O'Neill).

I have long wondered whether the "record number of complaints" were orchestrated in the press, who knew perfectly well that they were the ones being attacked here; think of the unforgivable campaign by the News of the World, which resulted in assaults on innocent people, including a paediatrician!Getting a bunch of hapless celebs to look idiots was a bonus.

In fairness, I gather that Dr Fox and Richard Blackwood publicly said "fair cop", and admitted they'd been stung by Morris. I don't think Phil Collins took it so well, though....
