how does he bend the harmonics to the exact pitch up and down with the vibrato bar? The man is the finest electric guitarist alive.... he says more with so much less than boring million notes per second shredders with no dynamics.Every note is on a different pick up, different tone , AMAZING!

yeah sure, i dont know wether it is vai's for definet but thats what it says online, but anyway, i never like to compare guitarists, thats silly, they are all unique in there own way, i just love vai aswell and ofcourse what he is doing is very skillful, ive been playing for a long time and i know how hard guitar is, but u gotta admit steve vai has incredible skill aswell

that version is by chris impelliteri, a shredder with the band of the same name. this is much better though

if by VAI's version you mean the shred version thats on limewire and stuff, i dont think thats Vai, people have said its satch, yngwie, slash, ext... Good version none the less, but how can you compare them? This is just beck being beck, there is no shredding lol, unless you call what beck does shredding, because in a sense he is super technical and it takes alot of skill to do what he does. if that makes sense...
