AzzAP3000 I had the same thing as a kid.since recently I have been exploring again. with the help of meditation and understandings of our true being I came to some extraordinairy experiences.daily meditation in minutes equal to the number of one's age helps you to raise your consciousness. So while the physical body is asleep/paralysed your consciousness is still awake. this enables you to ride the soul in other experiences and bring back these experiences in memory to your physical form.

possibly, you could have been hallucinating and you or your subconcious (I can never spell it right) are thinking about her alot so your mind made it real. Hallucinations are very common along with sleep paralysis.

I never go OBE from the sleep state, I always go from being wide awake. I don't use the dream thing and the sleep paralysis at all. So I can't advise on the sleep paralysis thing, except to say, I'm sure if you *really* want it, you will figure out a way!

I used to get sleep paralysis all the time not being able to wake up and breathe. It scared me I was afraid to go to sleep at night, thought I might die in my sleep. I even went to the Dr. about it! She gave me medicine for angina ! That was before I knew what it really was (found out from one of Sylvia Browne's books)..Once during a sleep paralysis I couldn't breathe my dead mother appeared and asked if I was O.K....she sat on my bed and talked to me...I guess I met her on the astral plane?....

The title Secret of the Soul is a bit miss leading cause we don't know yet how our own mind/brain works. We only think(believes and dogma's) but still interested information.

after my first experince with obe´s i bought buhlmans first book (which is much better than the one mentioned in this video) and many other books regarding this issue (monroe etc.) but i think no book comes anyhow closely to the one of buhlman. i was very exited about the scientific kind he analyses obe´s. |
