Cannabis sacrament ministers Bruce & Brenda Shoop of Alabama are challenging the states laws after being charged with trafficking for growing The Tree of Life in their backyard garden. This precedent setting case is due for trial at the end of the month if charges are not dismissed. The couple is exerting their constitutional rights to freedom of religion which is clearly provided for in the First Amendment. Please visit Green Earth Ministries and show your support for this landmark case.

I agree with jeromeitzler, if uptight stiff-assed people would just smoke it a little bit, they'll realize that it be good man. Come, let's go to the islands.

everyone needs to stop for a second and understand the difference between lawful and where it comes from and legal and where it comes from. Statutes and Acts are legal, common law is lawful, their is no common law offence created by growing cannabis, NO LAW IS BROKEN their may be a statutory offence which is not actually breaking any law, it is offending a statute. The people in charge don't know out of ignorance or are intentionally misleading people.

I agree, this religon sounds dumd. But you know what; this country was found on religous freedom. This plant grows wild in some parts of the US. IE land of Palin. Marijuana will be legal one day.

The year 2009, April 20 is the year of the 2,000,000 man march on Washington for the decriminalization of marijuana and if all goes well the possible legalization under strict control of the US government. We will agree to permit taxation of marijuana to aid our county in economic relief. Pass the word.
