DRYES, the reason the first wild dogs became domesticated was because they were invaluable to man as alarmists for danger, scouts for hunting, protectors of person and property, exterminators of vermin, aids in herding livestock, aiding handicapp, companionship, the list goes on. I'm curious, DRYES, do you feel this way only about dogs or about all pets; because of course not all pets are working animals and are only kept for their beauty and companionship.

Dogs are worthless creatures. They consume food and produce unwanted waste products that damage our environment. Grooming them only exacerbates their lecherous draw on our resources!
