I'd LOVE to play this, but my orchestra teacher insists on not allowing us to play similar music twice (We already played a Leroy Anderson medley for our Holiday 2007 concert).

This piece is pretty cool but fast. Our Honors Band played this piece well (and faster).

No sorry the violin part is deffinitely way harder than the cello part. I have played viola for this piece so much that I usually play along with the cello part by ear because I am sick of the viola part lol. I took almost a year off playing while I was at school and the day after I got back home from school I played this song in a concert.

the viola part is easy -_- it's much cooler than the sleigh ride viola part though. I'd much rather play violin whenever I play full orchestra music by leroy anderson.

I played first violin on this piece in February. It was pretty hard to play with the fast tempo.
