In plain English, this is the worse leader Russia has ever had. I would've liked it if a sniper would have shot him on the day he stood on that tank to announce his takeover on the Soviet Union. He didn't even have the guts to be a man and get what he deserved at the end of his term. He asked for "untouchable" status as a condition for leaving, being afraid of getting assassinated. What a scumbag.
