i have to agree mostly with what u say but i have to say cornell has gotten the worst live, but then again who knows what cobains or stayleys voice would be like now lol but its still a toss up between cornell and staley... all i have to say is love hate love

TECHNICALLY my balls...

out of cobain, staley, cornell and veder, cornell was the most TECHNICALLY impressive vocalist. cobain was a screamer in the punk tradition and vedder has a great, strong baritone. staley was more similar to cornell but didn't have the same range.

thats cause its all lower register, and its pop it doesnt have him yelling. and you hit it all spot on. And if velvet revolver still needs a singer they should definitely grab chris since hes the most powerful modern rock voice thats been alive since grunge did its thing. chris needs a gig, so he doesnt have all the spare time to think about himself and reclaim his musical spirit with Pop. tho he has great reason for making the pop album so hes still a great guy.
