Life has to go on, eh? I never really did appreciate this song like it deserves to be. It's marvelous.

I saw Al Stewart live with my dad earlier this year. Great, underrated musician.

I was with my love on a perfect Cape Cod evening..looking out over the beautiful ocean as the sun was setting...waiting for the perfect moment..when this song began and the piano rang in softly. My heart welled up...it was at this time...I dropped to my knee, holding her hand, and asked her to spend the rest of her life with me. The rest is history in the making. Good times, good memories (the year was 1999)..

Excellente composition, magnifique Al Stewart. J'aime de coeur cette musique.Gilberto,.
