Lupe Fiasco has a message in his music, hes like the system of a down to hiphop, people like soulja boy are just trying despiratly with theyre lack of talent to drag hiphop down and kill it and lupe brings it back with flying colors

My dude, It'll help A LOT if you read the lyrics along with the song, you'll catch his metaphors better.

If you are lost in the world of Hip-Hop and want to hear true music...Listen to Hurt me Soul, The Die, streets on fire, Little weapon, The Cool, The Coolest, paris tokyo, and last but not least He say, She say...LUPE IS TRUE HIP-HOP!!!!

Afro: If you heard the entire first album, you would know who the streets, the game, and Micheal Young are. He explains it through the a song on the album, then keeps the story going on a mixtape, then he completes the story on his second album. He's not confusing, you just have to follow him. Its like following a car through a neigborhood you dont know. You have to keep up, or you'll get lost. Feel me?
