This is very entertainment video.But only taekwondo sparring is on 07:17.That the blue fighter do a spining back kick to the red fighter.But the red fighter want to him on,so he just do a hammer kick

I studied WTF and in a TKD spar u can punch on to the armor if u need to move him away.I learned this from my mate
