this clip has helped me. after about 2 months i can do about four fairly decent crickets in a row now lol. for those of you with wrist pain, ive been told by my bboy peers to always stretch them before, then ill build strength gradually by trying them out more or by doing forearm raises with small dumbbells.come on guys we can ALL do this if you really want to!

yeh. im doin cricket pretty easy becausei did handglide 4 long time...lol.so yeh. get use to it, then u probably won't feel any pain lyk me. haha XD
