It's hilarious, I've been to Wisconsin, and the reason they jump around so much, and make a massive deal over a simple college game, is that they have nothing else to do with their time, it's basically the only excitement Wisconsin can provide.(unless you get your jollies from eating the most bland, tasteless cheese, which they are so famous for) don't slate these guys for making such a racket, pity them, this is their lives, this is what they get up for in the mornings.
