Thank you very much!Wrapping a piece of tuna in sesame leaves sounds delicious! Dip it in wasabi sauce.( mixture of soy sauce and wasabi). I sometimes use coarse sea salt for kimchi and sometimes use just table salt.

thanks for the reply on my last comment!my friend caught 4 big tunas last weekend and it was just a never ending tuna dishes hehe...thank God u have this recipe for a change, we all loved it, we even used leftover sesame leaves to wrap some tuna sashimi! i'll try my best to take photos next time.do u use the coarse sea salt for the vegetables like carrots or the cabbage for kimchi?you've got nice tops and pretty hands ;)
