Ah, you crazy youngsters. Yes, the intro and instrumental bridge are cut out of this version. Hard as it might be to believe, this song was actually prepped as a single for radio, and this is the single edit. Yes, I know. It was 1987. No one knew better.

not only is the intro cut, but also the crazy instrumental jam that starts at 2:10 is also cut in half, on the studio album it's sixteen bars not eight. wonder why. thanx for posting one of their best.
