This is a awesome curry. Double red chillies for those who like hot food. I also added lime juice in the end( I like lime in anything ). This turned out to be a simple to cook and really tasty dish. Thanks a lot to Chef Sanjay ( if he is reading this ) for sharing this with us.

Well, I'm not a chef, but I do know some indian Chicken curry recipes.Yes, You definitely CAN add garam masala powder in this recipe. BUt only when you are toasting the cinnamon sticks, cardamom, and cumin in the oil. That's when you put the Masala.Did I help you, dear?
