RSF: Eutelsat Obligated to Resume NTD』s Broadcast

Reporters Without Borders, or RSF, alleges that Berretta shut off the broadcast intentionally and illegally because of pressure from the Chinese regime. Although Eutelsat』s CEO claims the shutoff was only because of a technical problem, a broken satellite transponder broke.
