Both Ringo and Jim Keltner are fantastic drummers. This vid shows Ringo had chops, something that many so-called "drummers" claim that he didn't. The boy could play. Steady as a rock, beatwise. Lennon wouldn't have had him around if he weren't. Growing up in Tucson,Az, many will still tell you the best concert locally they've ever seen was George. It was around '74, and that nite I opted to go see Deliverance instead. Still kickin' myself. For real.

this is such well organised musicianship. Lennon's shows were shambolic and sketchy round this time. even beatles shows were never this full and professional.

yep. paul was a major prick. he never has put out anything that rocks like ATMP. all the beatles were damn handsome guys. nothing faggy about admiring a fine looking man. and the backup singers were hot. Clapton was also incredibly good looking during his days with cream. i love apple jam, too. usually critics pick on that 3rd lp as a flaw. nah, the layla jams are amazing, too recorded in the same year. same band. george was a paragon of restraint and patience. ringo walked out too and john
