shonda made a declaration about promo. shonda said, she will not lie to their fans, rose won´t get pregnant and derek is not going to have any accident, like she said in podcast.the images of the promo, it must be connected with dreams that someone is going to have, I bet in meredith. so, don´t worried about promo, shonda would never do this with the fans. She does not want to be called of liar
