I once tried Pasolini alla Besciamella at Magnani's, a small Italian restaurant in downtown Toronto. The dish was topped with a little grated Accattone, and came accompanied with a side helping of Porcini mushrooms and artichokes, and we washed it down with a rather nice bottle of Visconti Classico 1961.The meal was actually very good, if a little overcooked, and I would thoroughly recommend the establishment to anyone looking for a nice, but reasonably priced meal, when visiting the city.
