No its just a b flat bari. You probably seen low A baris. Low As can go one note lower thats why they have a longer bell.

He probably plays Selmer sax, but I do know that it's RIA mouthpiece (not sure what tip opening)... But the sound is striking really because of Hamiet Bluiett himself.
