well,it,s easier for very famous and loved Mercury than the man next door. and who knows what problems Mercury had when he was young, before he was famous and therefor accepted.

GREAT VOCAL... Actually, I read an interview with Andy Bell (another truly phenomenal singer) that Jimmy was one of his favorites. They sure don't make music like this any more...

Hi Fluteo! :)Yah, there's two more songs that Jimmy sang that were extremely good and were played at the clubs alot. One is called "Why". The other is called "Don't leave me this way". I actually have both of them on my favorites. The "why" song is by Bronski Beat. The "Don't leave me this way" is by his second band called "The communards". "Why" is great. He hits some high notes and it has a bit of a ethereal sound to it.

Okay thank you Praxxus55712! ^-^That explanation helped out a lot. Are there any other songs by this guy or group that you would recommend? I've never heard of them before but I love his voice.

Fluteo, Jimmy is the lead singer. He's always been a gay activist. The song isn't just about homosexuality though. Jimmy meant it to cover the broad area of love and acceptance of yourself and not looking for love and acceptance outside yourself. :)
