I can't understand what exactly Tahir-ul-Quadri want to tell this Ummah, which is different from Others Ulma-e-Qaram.The one message i get from his whole Youtube videos is that 'Music is allowed to this Era's Muslims'(Naozobillah).He looks that he want to tell muslims anyting new in religion?
