sorry, but that's the japanese 280hp (back there the law says that the max hp in any jap car can't be more than 280hp -that's why the Sti, the evo, the skyline, the supra, etc have only 280hp for THEIR market-. And at those years the 400hp evo didn't even exists.

im a domestic lover but i still like the imports greatly and the vid is great the imports destroyed them its fukin great ferrari was at the end i have a hate towards euros and imports seem to be picking up power the new evo has about 400 hp weigh alot more but still imports rock but the rock even more when a body kit is added. domestics and imports dont need for fight between us

i say no soul cause they are ugly pieces of shit and you have to tune them like a bloody nerd and the interior is either made of neon or plastic and carbon fibre. They dont hold their value and they have no true history/heritage. In that respect i have no complaint about their 'passion' for tuning cars. In tuning, you could take a Ferrari 430 to Novitec or something like that and get 700hp and tune the hole setup of the chassis and suspension. Then you'll see whose faster.

I don't see what everybody is bitching about. Japanese cars are great, fast cars are great, but they're not the best out there. Thinking realistically, they are cheap, fun and are easy to maintain, but a Japanese car has nothing, NOTHING ON THE MIGHTY, PULSING POWER BROUGHT ON BY THE MIGHTY 1969 DODGE CHARGER, OR INDEED ANY MUSCLE CAR. NOTHING, BEATS A FUCKING MUSCLE CAR, THAT HORSEPOWER MIGHT NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE, BUT GODDAMNIT IT'S THERE AND YOU FUCKING KNOW ABOUT IT!

no soul? why because they cost less? i agree with lightwithoutheat on this, you tune a car to how you want to drive it. just because japs come out with less hp standard doesnt mean shit its their tuneability that makes them dominate anyway. |
