This song was originally written by Josh Haden of the awesome band Spain, it's on their album "The Blue Moods of Spain", a most underrated band indeed, and a genius work of art in music by them too. On the other hand, it's awesome to hear Mark Lanegan doing a version of this song. But check out the band Spain. I don't know if their on Youtube, but that's what I am going to check out next. They are truly inspiring and due for greater success. Just saw the Gutter Twins tonite in Boulder, CO--ahhh
