George gives a good cover of the song but comparing it with the original Beatles version recorded back in the late 60's is simply foolish. As usual, the original is the best and the emotional feeling that comes through Paul McCartney's voice in the song is inimitable.

for me this is the greatest version of this song!i don't know any other songs of George michael, and i have to say that he did it better than the original version, even though there won't be any replacing for the beatles!

jezuz, that was a good cover version. a flawless voice over a beautiful composition. a good measure of micheal's immense talent, which we sadly see too infrequently.

just saying, while he sings it really, really well, he doesn't need to record it; why should he? haven't enough people capitalized off the beatles' lyrics already?that said i think he sings it better than paul.
