It's not actually either, it is the same tone as a euphonium but it's played at 90 degrees. I forget the name of it but it's very similar to a euphonium sound :)

I just heard this band on Saturday by Times Square and I bought their CD based on what I heard. It was well worth the money. This song along with Mushallah were my favorites. Too bad there's only one Baritone/Euphonium. They made a fan out of me.
