Yikes, old fashioned warm-ups. Especially those lunges during warm-up. Atleast their ankle warm ups are done correctly - done sitting down, one hand on ankle, other hand on foot, use hand to rotate foot, not foot to rotate foot.Lunging can cause permanent long-term damage to the area being stretched. Just like moving your head in full circles wears away cartilage between spinal disks. Now, in modern time, we have courses (that are available to anyone) that teach proper stretching techniques.
