Also in the liner notes, it explains that in the original concept, Jimmy took a boat to a rock in order to think, but he fell asleep and the boat drifted off, so now he's stuff out on a rock in the middle of the ocean with nothing to do but think about the past weekend, tryiing to decide if he wants to be a Mod or not - "Had Enough" says it all.

In the liner notes, it explains that Jimmy is torn between being a Mod and just being himself. He wants to "move with the fashions" but he also knows it's not for him. Listin to "Helpless Dancer". At the end of the film, it says"...You stopped dancing".The scooter symbolizes everything Mod. When it crashes, it means that Jimmy has decided to be himself.
