If the world we live in were a little more dull I never would have been moved to tears by the final scene of a movie about Elvis taking on an Egyptian Mummy. And yet I cried my freaking eyes out.A masterpiece. God bless this movie.

Love the movie and I admire Bruce Campbell. One of the best underated actors in Hollywood. He always keeps it real. Not to forget the great Ossie Davis in one of his last performances. It's amazing to see someone like him do a offbeat movie like this. It just showed he had a great sense of humor.

This movie is really phenonemal - so warm and touhing, but still so funny and weird..And the soundtrack fits it perfectly..

you sure you are an after dinner eagle, not a 'desert' eagle? hmm. but yes, great film and i agree, quite sad, but the beautiful sort of sad, makes me love elvis more. i love movies with a repeating soundtrack, like Dead Man. there is something moving about them. and just a thought, but think twice about him being the real undead elvis. campbell like elvis will live forever though. |
